Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how you may use ClubCabinet. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, share, or transmit content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive
- Promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Contains sexual content involving minors
- Infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Is intentionally false and designed to deceive
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use ClubCabinet to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages to platform members or using platform email features
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data belonging to others
- Bypass or circumvent any security or access control mechanisms
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s infrastructure or impose an unreasonable load on our systems
- Conduct automated attacks (DDoS, brute-force credential stuffing, etc.)
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
3. Club Administrator Responsibilities
Club administrators are responsible for ensuring members of their club workspace use the platform in accordance with this AUP. Administrators should remove access for members who repeatedly violate these rules.
4. Paper Trading Restrictions
The paper trading simulation must be used only for educational purposes within your club. You may not attempt to exploit the simulation for financial gain, circumvent price feeds, or manipulate the leaderboard through automated scripts or coordinated artificial trading.
5. Reporting Violations
To report an AUP violation, contact us at clubcabinetsupport@gmail.com. Include as much detail as possible. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
6. Consequences of Violations
Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take any of the following actions: issue a warning, remove specific content, temporarily suspend access, or permanently terminate your account and/or your club’s workspace. We may also report illegal activity to law enforcement.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
